How much does StayInfluence cost for a hotel or accommodation?
Signing up and posting one active offer is free. If you want several offers at once or more visibility, you choose a Premium plan; current prices are shown above. A commission applies only to payments that run through the platform.
Do I have to give away a free stay?
No. For each offer you choose: free stay, discounted rate, paid collaboration or a combination. A discounted rate in quiet periods is a sensible place to start.
How do I know an influencer really has reach?
Every creator profile shows the linked social channels with follower counts, the niche and the languages. You review the portfolio before accepting anyone, and you only accept who you want.
What if an influencer doesn't show up?
You can make a no-show deposit mandatory on your offer. The creator must have that deposit in place before the booking goes ahead. If they stay away, the deposit is paid out to you, minus a small platform commission.
Which content do I get, and when?
You define that up front in your offer: for example reels, stories, photos or a blog article, and within which timeframe. The creator applies to those terms, so both sides know what is expected.
Does StayInfluence work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Properties from any country can sign up; creators come from many countries and list their languages. You filter by language and by the market you want to reach.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes. One business account can hold several accommodations, for example a group with multiple hotels or an owner with several holiday homes.
How quickly can I start?
Signing up takes a few minutes. We then review your property; once approved, your offer is visible and creators can apply.
How is this different from contacting influencers myself?
Doing it yourself means sending DMs, asking for screenshots of statistics and tracking agreements in five apps. Here creators come to you, with a profile you can check, and agreements, deposit and communication sit in one place.
Which accommodations suit StayInfluence?
Hotels, B&Bs, resorts, holiday homes, glamping, wellness venues and hostels — anything with a story worth telling. Size does not matter; what matters is the experience a creator can show.
I have no Chamber of Commerce number or EU VAT number — can I still join?
Yes. You pick your country when you sign up and we ask for the number used there: Chamber of Commerce number in the Netherlands, SIRET in France, Corporate Number (法人番号) in Japan, ABN in Australia, UEN in Singapore, business registration number in South Africa. If your business has no such number — a Japanese sole proprietor, for example — leave the field empty. A VAT number is only required when your business is established in the EU. You can also register as a private individual, which gives you exactly the same options.
